English Regent Style Condo

Finally! A place to call my own. Just completed purchase of a $588k, 1238 sq ft Condo unit at Stratford Court. A pleasant development based on the English Regent Style of Architecture, characterized by generously proportioned windows. Best still, it's withing walking distance to Tanah Merah MRT, 600m to be exact. Moreover, its also walking distance to my current home too!

Unit has a serene English Garden view...but will tenant it out until end 2008 to derive some rental yield. Right now...will start the interior decor search. :)
