16th May – Disneyworld Part 1
We woke up early, all excited to return the car and enter the Magic Kingdom (one of the few parks in Disneyworld). It was crowded with the vacationing family off for a nice weekend with the grandparents and kids of all shapes and sizes, including me. Words cannot describe the excitement that Alice embodied…she was practically smiling from ear to ear
We decided to take the ferry boat to the island instead of the train. And not long after, we were immersing ourselves in LALALAND…we sat all sorts of rides, rollercoasters and we were truelyreliving our childhoods in the midst of Peter Pan, Winnie the Poon., Snow whole, Mickey and gang, you name it they have it…even star wars…
We went back to the hotel for a quick bite before heading back to the place to watch the fireworks display…I think despite spending so much on the Disney trip, it was definitely worth it, especially with her. We retired into bed after a long day…it was a day well spent.
